Ellery has taken it upon herself to explore many different aspects of the working world, helping her to have a better understanding of all the essential parts of a successful organization.
After spending six years in the restaurant business, Ellery has extensive knowledge of the service industry and what great customer service is truly all about. She’s also spent many years working directly with young children as a daycare provider in various positions, which has not only given her insight into what the younger generations are engaged with, but has also served as an important source for inspiration.
Creativity and passion for art and imagination are also some of Ellery’s strong points, helping her to think up fresh ideas for visual and compelling communications.
Growing up in southern California, Ellery has always found sports to be a huge contributor with her ability to work well with others towards achieving goals. She believes in strong teamwork and the fact that everyone has something to bring to the table. From club and travel basketball teams to project based creative teams, she understands the importance of dedication and collaboration both on the court and at the drawing table.
Ellery’s contagious smile and willingness to deliver on projects at all costs are two things I love about working with her, but what I also admire is her fun, youthful spirit when it comes time to think up ideas – the creative process is always more fun when she’s around! -Amber Sims Hinterplattner
After exploring classes at top-ranked Santa Barbara City College, Ellery’s sampling of different coursework in a several subjects took her to a decision to press pause on more classroom work and play with the possibility of an internship in creative marketing. Here’s where All Stages Marketing comes in, and shortly after, she identified her calling with social media and new marketing vehicles. Inspired by her hands-on project experience, Ellery’s now ventured back into college work at California State University Channel Islands, graduating soon with her degree in New Media.
Ellery’s drive and eagerness to continue learning and expanding her portfolio with ASM as a Marketing Coordinator has allowed her to find ways to bring new technology and creativity into traditional business branding.
