Contract & Fees
No, you can cancel at any time. We’ll perform services through the end of your current monthly billing cycle. We won’t reimburse monthly payments already made to us.

Sometimes it takes even quite a bit longer to reorganize and optimize existing campaigns than setting them up from scratch.

No, we don’t. We base our pricing on the number of active Ad Groups. However, this doesn’t mean we’ll stuff an unlimited number of keywords into the same Ad Group. All keywords within an Ad Group have to match a common theme to ensure good performance of the ads associated with the Ad Group. Basically, we’re looking for quality over quantity. If we believe a keyword fits the Ad Group’s theme, we’ll add it. If we believe a keyword doesn’t fit the Ad Group’s theme, we won’t add it. This approach helps us to achieve high quality scores and better returns on your ad spend.
We want you to have a clear understanding of what our monthly management fees are. No surprises. Also, we want you to make decisions on your monthly ad budget based on opportunity and not on our management fees. In other words, we have no reason to talk you into increasing your ad budget if it doesn’t have a positive impact on your business.

No, we manage all Google AdWords campaings in-house.
Your payment method will be set up in your Google AdWords account, and you’ll pay Google directly.
We don’t store or even see your payment information. Furthermore, information relating to your payment (such as your credit card number) never resides on our servers. All transactions on our website use secure encryption and are processed by Stripe or PayPal, trusted names in internet commerce.

An Ad Group contains one or more ads which target a shared set of keywords. We use ad groups to organize your ads by a common theme, such as the types of products or services you want to advertise.
No, you don’t. We’re happy to install your Google conversion tracking scripts for you. We have a fantastic web developer on our team who can support this process. All we need is access to your website’s backend. However, if you’re working with a developer and you’d rather have him or her add the scripts (sometimes web developers don’t want other developers to touch their web sites), that’s fine as well. We’ll email the scripts and instructions to your developer and help along the way, if needed.
We want to make sure your ad budget is big enough to have a positive effect on your business and isn’t dominated by our monthly management fee. The higher your ad spend the less of an impact our management fee has on your return-on-investment.
Reporting
Absolutely. We track what we can and what makes sense (and we want to make sure you know we’re killing it). However, sometimes, depending on the conversion goal and the structure of your website, conversion tracking may be tricky or impossible. We’ll let you know if we run into difficulties with conversion tracking.
